2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product information, including specifications, pricing, availability, and images, is accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, current, or complete. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of a pricing or availability error, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund.

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to select regions as listed on our site. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Phorium Holdings LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Returns received outside this window or in non-resalable condition may be denied at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Products with custom modifications

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification

  • Shipping and handling fees

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at info@lumiflow.co with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Await authorization and return instructions. Do not send items back without approval.

  3. Once authorized, securely package the item and ship it to the provided return address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

a) Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund (minus original shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

b) If the returned item is found ineligible or damaged, no refund will be issued, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.

c) Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for items that are not in their original condition.

d) Original shipping fees are non-refundable except when the return is due to a defect or our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only processed for items that arrive defective or damaged. For all other issues, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have shipped. If your order has already been processed, it must go through the standard return process.

6. Limited Warranty

LumiFlow products are covered under a 2-Year Limited Warranty provided by Phorium Holdings LLC. Please review our Warranty Policy for complete details, including coverage limitations, exclusions, and claim procedures.

The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages and may be subject to further limitations as allowed by law.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phorium Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or product misuse, arising from or related to the use of this website or any LumiFlow product.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Phorium Holdings LLC and its officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts or arbitration forums within that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

Phorium Holdings LLC reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
